Everyone at the bereavement group is lovely and thirty years older than me. I'm still doing school runs and packed lunches. Is there anyone here in the same boat?

Same boat, 39, lost Sam in January. The school run while your world has ended is its own particular thing.

There are young widowed groups that meet online in the evenings, which fits around children far better.

Update: found one that meets on Thursdays. Six of us, all with young children. It has changed my week.
