Turning his shirts into a quilt

A local seamstress made a quilt from twelve of his shirts. It cost less than I feared and it's on the end of our bed. The children each have a cushion made from the offcuts.

Ours was made from ties. Loud, awful ties, and it's the warmest thing in the house.
