Does anyone else dread Sunday evenings?

Weekdays I can keep busy. Sunday evening the house goes quiet and it all lands at once. I've started going for a long walk at six just to be somewhere with people.

Sundays too. I've started a standing phone call with my sister at seven, which breaks the silence in half.

The walk idea is a good one. I go to the late swim, mostly for the noise of other people.
